At Astha Food & Vending Services (Astha FVS), Customer Satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We follow the simple rules of thumb such as - an empty product spiral is lost sale and thus revenue; an out-of-date product is loss of our customer confidence and thus serious damage to our hard earned credibility; an out-of-demand product is wasting valuable machine space and thus results in loss of revenue; a broken cash / credit / machine system is serious loss of sale and revenue.

- Ensuring 100% Product Availability, at all times.
- Ensuring 100% Product Freshness, at all times.
- Ensuring 100% Brand New Equipment. All of our Vending Machines and Equipments are brand new. This also help in the 100% up time guarantee.
- Ensuring 0% Downtime by preemptively replacing Bill Validators and Coin Mechanism with freshly serviced and validated equipment.
- Ensuring that 100% - All Products are sold and thus in demand. Otherwise, we replace them with ones that are in demand. This being a dynamic process, we have developed our own heuristics based algorithms to ensure quicker finds of customer demand products.
History
- Astha FVS is a fast growing company, started with an humble one vending machine account and is rapidly growing by adding 10 - 12 vending machines every two quarters.
- Our principals are technocrats with formal education in business, engineering and sciences. Our principals have also, personally completed Vending Service School workshops.
- This affords the company to provide personal attention to each of our accounts, including quality control and assurance.
- We routinely and regularly schedule feedback meetings with our clients to preemptively seek out any customer satisfaction and/or service related issues and promptly address them.
- Our Customer Service Department phone numbers are connected to cell phones, thus making them available 24 x 7 and 365 days, all round the year!
Charity
We participate in the National Children's Cancer Society (NCCS) Vendor Program. All of our Vending Machines proudly display the NCCS stickers to bear this fact.
