Founded in 2006, Astha’s executive leadership team is comprised of Financial Accountant and Scientist professionals with over 25 years of industry, academia and government work experience including federal and corporate contract work. Our management team has Masters and Doctoral degrees in scientific research, Masters in Computer & Information Sciences and certified as PMP, besides various IT certifications as required by the industry. Astha offers specialized and custom tailored services for scientific consulting, predictive analytics, professional & staffing services, financial consulting and accounting services.

Our approaches are distinct from those of our competitors. We employ our unique consistently successful methods for all our services. For example – we recruit resources by our proprietary methods of candidate selection to ensure minimal turnaround and maximal project period retentions. All of our client projects are managed and overseen personally by our principals and not by other hired professionals. This personal involvement guarantees that we never allow any issue to rise to the level of client / customer complaints and in the rare event if it does then we are right there to promptly address and resolve the issue.
Our thorough knowledge and understanding of scientific research is exemplified by the fact that we have won the Qualified Therapeutics Development Program (QTDP) grant from the US government for two consecutive years viz. 2009 and 2010. Recently, we have been awarded a U01 grant (1U01NS083448-01) by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) partnering with US Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD) and University of Delware, Deparment of Chemistry for Chemical Defense related research project (development of Blood Brain Barrier crossing Acetyl Choline Esterase reactivators).
